[She's incredibly grateful when Eddie seems to not actually want to know about whether or not Jason's put his hands on her. Chrissy eagerly latches onto his other question, nodding as she bites the inside of her cheek.]

I was so upset after you left, they had to sedate me.

[It's said with embarrassment, because what a way to react, Chrissy. Her cheeks turn a little pink as she looks away, though her hand remains intertwined with his. The fact that he brings her such comfort and a sense of peace aren't lost on her, but she's reluctant to shoulder him with some kind of savior complex. She thinks he saved her last night. And whatever trauma they shared has bonded them together, that much is obvious. Is it really fair to saddle him with more now?

Chrissy isn't sure, but the words keep tumbling out of her mouth before she can stop them.

I couldn't wake up from the nightmares. They were a lot like what happened last night. But the monster never found me. I could hear his voice, but he never showed up. I'm starting to think he's messing with me.
